6.7GHz Methanol Maser Survey on Galactic Plane

In this work a 6.7GHz methanol maser targeting survey was made, using JVLA. In total, 397 input sources are confirmed Class II methanol masers chosen from the relative literatures. Majority of our sources are located on galactic plane ( -4deg < b < 4deg) and in first, second and third galactic quadrants. Observation were made in 6.7GHz spectral line and broad C band radio continuum simultaneously, in order to discover the radio continuum counterparts for the methanol maser sources. We successfully found radio continuum counterpart for about one fourth of extracted class II methanol maser sources. Spectral indexes are calculated for 107 continuum sources, showing rough gaussian distribution centred on ~-0.5.
