Multi-band radio recombination lines observations toward W51

The W51complex consist of couple of active star-formation regions. We intend to study the environment that surrounding those HII regions by means of radio recombination lines (RRLs). RRLs emitted from ionized gases could bring us the temperature, kinetics, electron densities etc. Early results are presented by comparing the observations at L-band using the Arecibo telescope with mm-RRL observations using the Purple Mountain Observation 13.7 m radio telescope.
